The object of the Cornish - Mexican Cultural Society (CMCS) is to foster and promote the historic cultural ties between Cornwall and Mexico and in particular the State of Hidalgo and the municipalities of Pachuca and Real del Monte.


CMCS was formed around 2008 on the initiative of the late Richard Williams MBE who had been visiting "Mexico's Little Cornwall" since 1998.
